Grampa's Trash Payments & Billing
Payments: Many ways to pay:
Pay with a check online or over the phone!
- Please call any time during regular business hours to pay your bill over the phone, this is at no additional cost for either credit card or check payments.
- Our office is open 8-5 Mon-Friday if you wish to drop by to pay or, we also have an afterhours drop box at our office in Shelley. Please call for directions.
- We accept mailed checks* or money orders (no mailed cash please). Please detach the right hand portion of your postcard bill and mail with your payment to: P.O. Box 374, Shelley, ID 83274, OR PAY ONLINE!!
* Any returned checks will assess a $20 fee which will be added to your account and your account will have immediate service interruption.
- You are always welcome to give your payment to your trustworthy driver also. We request please, that you call the office ahead of time and let us know you would like to pay your driver.
- Balances not paid within 30 days will result in service interruption.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for payment to reflect on your account balance.
- Payments made after 3 pm will not be reflected on your account until the following business day.
Past due/delinquent accounts:
- We endeavor to collect delinquent accounts in-house; however, after every attempt has been made by our office to collect past due accounts, we do send unpaid accounts to an outside collection agency.
Billing:
Our bills are in postcard format (as seen above) with a detachable payment stub. Whether you have chosen to be billed quarterly or annually (see below), we bill in advance. Our bills are mailed no later than the 20th of the month prior to your billing cycle and are due UPON RECEIPT. We offer a standard quarterly (every 3 months) billing cycle or a once-a-year billing cycle which includes a free month of service.
Quarterly Billing: You are billed for 3 months, in advance, and this bill is due UPON RECEIPT.
If payment is not received by the 15th of the first month in your billing cycle, your services will be interrupted until payment is received.
Annual Billing: You are billed for 12 months, in advance, and this bill is due UPON RECEIPT.
If you have chosen the annual billing cycle, you will receive 1 month of service FREE if payment is received by the 15th of the first month in your billing cycle.
If payment is not received by the 15th of the first month of your billing cycle, your services will be interrupted until payment is received.
